It is strongly recommend that applicants to W&L have a personal interview. Each interview is one-on-one with a member of admissions staff and allows for valuable insight and questions. Interviews typically last 30-45 minutes.

Interview slots fill up quickly, especially during the fall. Please allow several weeks advance notice when scheduling. Also, please note that the school recommends you also attend an information session and campus tour on the day of your interview. This will ensure you get the most from your time on campus. An alumni interview can be booked from September through the end January of your senior year by contacting the Alumni Admissions Chair nearest you. Please allow several weeks advance notice to schedule.
