Informational Interviews:
Audience: Seniors/rising seniors
Time of year: June to early December

The University of Richmond offers only non-evaluative interviews; that is, there is no formal assessment made that affects your application for admission, and interviews are not required. Instead, an informational interview is a great opportunity for you to share your interests, explore Richmond as a match for you, and learn more about the University from someone who knows it well. Interviews may be scheduled either on campus with an admission intern or regionally with an alumni interviewer.

On-campus informational interviews are available to current and rising high school seniors by appointment from June to early December, with time slots both before and after our regular campus visits (weekdays only). Slots are limited, so students are encouraged to register early. To schedule an on-campus informational interview, call the Office of Admission at (804) 289-8640 prior to your arrival on campus.
